Finally having been to both, we are now aware that Murano is the glass island.  The VERY EXPENSIVE glass island.  Burano is the lace island.  With very colorful houses.  Each has it’s own charm and were well worth visiting.  Da Romano’s was exactly as Sam & Ruby described.  Very fun!
